I have been getting Botox for approximately 19 years. Now at 53 years old, I haven't been happy with Botox results for a few years like when I was younger. The reason is that Botox feels very heavy on my eye lids, and tight. This was my first time seeing Dr Debbie and she changed this for me. First, she took the time to listen to me, she is a very gentle injector, and best of all she is a master at this. She knew exactly where to inject the Botox so that it wouldn't make my eyes hooded. It's so amazing, the placement of the Botox is as perfect as it gets! After 20 days, it looks even better, I can see my crease again, almost like I had an eyelid lift... no more crows feet. Best part is I still have movement and it feels very comfortable. Also I love that she used Less Botox than my previous treatments. She's an amazing Doctor.

Dr. Hill explained my options and the expected outcome of each option. He never rushed an appointment and I felt comfortable asking questions and stating concerns. Everyone I had contact with was very professional, gave good information, and was friendy. I never felt like I was bothering them with my questions.

I had had a bad experience 10 years prior for liposuction and was very hesitant to have it done again. Dr. Ford and the Renuance Staff made me feel 100% at ease from start to finish. Dr. Ford is extremely kind, genuine and really took her time discussing my options. She was upfront and honest with me regarding what to expect with my results after surgery. She also is an excellent surgeon and I couldn't be happier with my results!!!! From the coordinator to the surgical staff to the doctor I had a comfortble experience.
