About Dr. Eichenberg

Dr. Eichenberg’s approach to surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures blends artistry with precision, with an emphasis on natural-looking results and balance. Under his leadership, Renuance Cosmetic Surgery & Medspa has offered a comprehensive approach to aesthetic care since 2001.

Pioneering the adoption of BOTOX® Cosmetic and integrating laser technology in aesthetic procedures, the practice has set industry standards with a patient-first philosophy. Dr. Eichenberg’s vision has always been to offer a comprehensive suite of services, ensuring that each patient receives tailored care that aligns with their needs and goals.

Dr. Eichenberg’s academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science in biomedical science from Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He then advanced to Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., where he earned his Doctor of Medicine and met his future wife. Following their graduation, the couple moved to Southern California. Dr. Eichenberg completed his internship in surgery and residencies in general surgery and plastic and reconstructive surgery at Loma Linda University Medical Center in Loma Linda, California.

His leadership extends to his role as the Chief of the Department of Plastic Surgery at Riverside University Health System (RUHS), where he sets the bar for surgical excellence.
He also just began the first new plastic surgery residency training program in California in 25 years, through which he and his team will train the plastic surgeons of the future. Dr. Eichenberg has been on the faculty of UC Riverside for more than 20 years and has mentored hundreds of medical students and physicians in their careers.

Dr. Eichenberg lives in Del Mar with his wife and enjoys a healthy, active lifestyle. A fitness enthusiast, he actively engages in weight training, CrossFit, half marathons, and triathlons. He also enjoys spending time outdoors with his two dogs and exploring different cultures through travel.

Dr. Eichenberg’s accolades include the Patients’ Choice Award, recognition as one of America’s Top Plastic Surgeons, and being named among America’s Most Compassionate Physicians. He is also the inventor of The Breast Whisperer™ Bra and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Riverside University Health System Foundation.
