I've been to this facility several times for Botox treatment and several mole removals. The doctor and his staff are all professional and very pleasant to deal with. They go beyond their scope of responsibilities to make you feel not only welcome, buy also to let you know they care about obtaining a satisfactory outcome. Each employee that I interacted with was very kind and welcoming. What stood out to me was the call I received from Vinny prior to my appointment where she gave me lots of information on the facility and Dr. Ford. Dr. Ford and Vinny are both kind and very thorough when they deliver information to prospective and current patients. They always made themselves available if I had any questions or concerns and I never once felt pressured or rushed during my appointment or decision making process. I love that I was able to spend time with Dr. Ford herself during my initial consultation. Getting to interact with the person who could potentially be performing a surgery on you makes you feel much more comfortable and reassured versus only interacting with another employee who would not be performing the surgery. The entire experience was amazing and I have no criticisms or suggestions for improvement.
