From the moment I checked, Jacqueline my intake nurse was so kind & explained everything that was going on. The anesthesiologist was also really kind & put me at ease. When I was wheeled in for the actual surgery the rest of the staff was welcoming & let me know I was in good hands. My wife had been there previously and we were very satisfied with both her results as well as the office staff. The office staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable ranging in everything from procedure, expectations, does and dont's, payment and most importantly communication. Both before and after they did their due diligence and were always available to answer questions. Both Doctor Eichenberg and his staff are extremely professional and personable in both the medical as well as the administrative side.

Dr. Ford prior to surgery is very thorough in telling you what to expect and her kindness and warmth make you feel at ease. After surgery she called my husband to see how I was doing . My results are amazing and continue to improve weekly like she says. I have always wanted a tummy tuck and I decided to do a mommy make over. The results of my tummy tuck are just astounding, you'd never know I have three children, and love love the results. My breast augmentation is as well awesome results.
