By simultaneously targeting both loose skin and fatty areas, you can address multiple issues with a single treatment. In addition, recovery time is faster than a traditional facelift as there is no surgery necessary. This makes FaceTite a fast, comfortable solution for sagging skin and wrinkles.

The FaceTite Procedure

FaceTite is an outpatient procedure. Depending on how many areas of the face you want to be treated, the procedure can take up to three hours. During the application of FaceTite Temecula aesthetic experts will give you either a local or general anesthetic to numb your target area. The FaceTite device has a narrow wand with two electrodes that transmit the RF energy waves. The doctor will make a tiny incision the size of a needle hole. The wand is inserted into the hole, along with one of the electrodes. The other is placed atop your skin.

The doctor will then pass FaceTite over your face and neck to address your problem areas. The RF energy then transmits between the two electrodes, heating the tissue according to a preprogrammed temperature, which stimulates the growth of collagen and tightens the skin. This penetrates the deeper layers of skin and the fibers that connect your skin to the underlying tissue. The energy also melts excess fat; a process known as RFAL, or Radiofrequency-Assisted Lipolysis. An internal temperature safety monitor ensures the temperature remains constant at a comfortable level.

Recovery from FaceTite

Since this is a minimally invasive procedure, there is little downtime once it’s complete. You should be able to resume your regular activities within two days and return to work within a week. In addition, the small incision will not require any stitches, which aids in their healing and usually leaves no visible scars.

FaceTite Results

FaceTite is designed to tighten the skin on your face and decrease fat content at the same time. Therefore, you will notice results right after your procedure, including firmer, smoother skin and a more contoured appearance. Within six to eight weeks, 70% of your results will become visible. Your skin will continue to tighten and develop contours over the next few months, particularly once the swelling has gone down. The best results can take up to six months to appear, but your face can continue to show improvement up to a year after your procedure.
