The physician and staff were professional. The physician spent a lot of time with me. I didn’t feel hurried. The physician gave me options for my surgery.

She was kind and very knowledgeable. I had an issue in the past with Botox causing me headaches and pressure in my sinus area. She suggested using a lesser amount, taking Advil immediately, and drinking water. I did get a mild headache, but did as she suggested, and within 90 minutes it was gone and did not return. The results were great. I just wanted mild results, and I am very happy with them!

Dr. Hill was one of the few doctors that I have met with that listened to what I want, not what they thought I should want. This is a fix correctly neck lift that I had the wrong surgeon originally preform. I would like to come back one more time and review exactly how we can move forward.

Dr. Ford was incredibly kind and welcoming. She and her staff were very thorough and knowledgeable and were able to address any and all questions or concerns I had. The day of the procedure, I was able to meet and speak with Dr. Ford, the anesthesiologist, and the nurses beforehand and all saw to my comfort and calmness. Following surgery, I had several post op appointments to make sure results were as expected and I even received discounts on other products/ services from the office.
