I can’t rave enough about Renuance. The entire staff has been absolutely incredible! Everyone is extremely informative and welcoming. Every time I’m there it feels like catching up with family and friends. Dr. Hill performed my surgery and I’m still just blown away with the work he did. Being a mom of three and breastfeeding all of them, I was left with very little breast tissue, sagging, and a lot of loose skin. I researched the doctor and his practice on my own for months prior to my consultation. I also researched other plastic surgeons in the area as well. I have had prior procedures both surgical and non surgical with Dr. Eichenberg and feel very confident with him and his practice. His surgical nurses on the day of my procedure were very professional AND had a sense of humor which throughly put me at ease. Patti was always available by phone to answer any questions that I had concerning the procedure and the medication.

I am so happy I decided to see Dr. Ford about my surgery, she has been super sweet and I love how she takes the time to get to know my husband and myself from day one. The office and all the staff are very welcoming and professional. I am beyond satisfied and I recommend her to everyone.

Dr Ford made me feel very comfortable and was there to answer all my questions and saw me usually the same day that I called in with a concern. My recovery has been slow due to infection but this was not do to Dr error but more of issues with my body and its scarring process. Dr Ford is very personable and down to earth and I would recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Hill, along with all of the staff was extremely pleasant and informative. Dr. Hill was exceptionally kind and considerate and answered all my questions completely.

Outcome was excellent. Improved my quality of life and overall appearance. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Only thing I can suggest is patient pick up. Need to work on coordination of patient pick up and inform spouse or whoever is picking up patient on the recovery and when a good time to arrive for pickup. have the Lobby open for them and make sure they are comfortable and cared for...this is a stressful situation for anyone waiting to pickup a patient in particular a spouse.

Love the way my breasts came out! My eyelid and eyebrow surgery is still in the making. Need a little revision on one eyelid. Dr Hill is very detail oriented

Chelsea really spent time with me. I had some Botox 2x before with unpleasant results in my forehead. We went super conservative so that I wouldn't have my brows sag. And they didn't. She did a great job explaining everything to me and making me feel comfortable "It helped the appearance of the deep lines in my forehead"
