Dr. Ford spent a lot of time explaining and educating me, also answering all my questions in depth. She was so warm and kind I felt like I knew her forever. She made me feel so comfortable.

Dr. Eichenberg's no nonsense approach is very refreshing and reassuring. I had very specific concerns and expectations and he alleviated all of them. If and when I have the surgery he would certainly be my top pick hands down. My only gripe/suggestion is for the coordinator: When you hand a potential patient the Care Credit pamphlet - it would be extremely helpful to let patient know which Care Credit options you accept. For me, my monthly payment would have ended up being 3X higher than I anticipated. I was just about to call and schedule surgery before I discovered this hugely important detail.Financing aside, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Eichenberg.

From beginning to end, the service was superb! Jacob Cooley is extremely pleasant! I was nervous when I first called to inquire about a breast augmentation/ lift. He answered every single question. He’s knowledgeable and calmed my nerves. Then I met the queen herself, Rachel Ford. WHAT A DREAM! So informative/passionate about her work. I can tell that she truly cares for her patients. The best bedside manners. I’ve never felt like she was rushing through my appointments. She always made sure that ALL my questions were answered. The nurses, the anesthesiologist, the surgical tech, Dr. Ford, they were all in a happy mood. I want to say thank you to them because that genuinely made me feel sooo comfortable. The anesthesiologist was cracking jokes (he knew how nervous I was). He made me laugh right before being put under. He answered any questions I had. He asked me why I felt so uneasy and he accomplished tackling every single question I had to calm my nerves. Overall, I felt comfortable. I felt like I was under the care of my own family. Greatest feeling when you’re an anxious person.
