I am very happy with how I look after the procedures the doctor, nurse and even scheduler were kind and friendly. I like that I would walk in and everyone already knew who I was and everything about my procedure. It was very personable.

Dr. Ford is an artist when it comes to a woman's body. She is very patient and precise with her surgeries. She is on time and never rushed when she sees you.

From the moment I walked in the office everyone was very friendly and accomodating. They made me feel at ease and comfortable. I waited approx 10min for my appoitment including while i was filling out my paperwork. I felt like the MD and the nurse had enough time to spend with me and were not rushing. I had a few questions that were all answered in detail.I will definately recomend them!

My entire experience with Dr Ford and her staff at Renuance was AMAZING. I had gone to two other consults at other places and don't even understand how those places get patients when you have a place like Renuance and a doctor like Dr Ford. All the ladies at the front are amazing and so sweet. And then there's Jacob, I think he's like the doctors right hand, and let me tell you this guy knows his stuff and has to have the best phone voice I've ever heard and has the answers to all your questions. Also no one was ever like forcing things on me or trying to get me to buy more or doing the whole salesperson thing. Everything was completely up to me and they were just there for perfect guidance. The day of the surgery went perfectly and was done before I knew it. And during the healing process I had and incident where I was very worried and I called the after hours line and Dr Ford got right back to me that same night and put me at ease and explained that it was common and I didn't have to worry. As far as my actual implant they are even more perfect than I could imagine, they actually look more natural than I even thought was possible and I'm so happy with the results. THANKS DR FORD AND EVERYONE AT RENUANCE !
