Dr. Ford prior to surgery is very thorough in telling you what to expect and her kindness and warmth make you feel at ease. After surgery she called my husband to see how I was doing . Dr. Hill is a very thoughtful doctor not only in his bedside manner, but also in his skill. My scar was on my face and Dr. Hill took great care to ensure the revision would fall in line with my smile and look natural.

Dr. Ford walked me through every single aspect of my surgery. From weeks before my surgery to the morning of, she (and the rest of her team) did an amazing job of taking care of me. I was super anxious because this was my first surgery in general but everyone made me feel so at ease and comfortable.
