His nurse Patty is very compassionate and is highly focused on my needs during each visit. I never feel rushed by her. Dr. Eichenberg is the same as well. I had a somewhat complicated tummy tuck that other plastic surgeons were hesitant to perform. Not only did Dr. Eichenberg address all of my concerns he came through with great results. When I was having pain problems the weekend after the procedure my husband was able to get a hold of Dr. Eichenberg quickly and my medication was adjusted and the problem was solved. Dr. Hill and staff were reassuring that I'd be in good hands, they addressed all my concerns and questions. Dr. Hill was compassionate and had a wonderful bedside manner. They allowed me as much time as I needed during my consultation and afterward I had more questions and he addressed them also at our pre-op appointment. I booked the same day because I was comfortable in knowing I had found a perfect match.

Staff was welcoming and professional. They also explained every step in-depth and made me feel comfortable.
