From the moment I walked into Renuance I felt completely comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Eichenberg explained the surgery in detail and made sure to address things before I even needed to ask. He made sure I was sure about my size and after I changed my mind to go bigger last minute he found the time to check in with me at my pre op to confirm they wouldn’t be too big. He is amazing! My implants were 21 years old and one of them finally popped. After meeting with Dr Ford i knew I had my Dr. From consultation to last check up, she has been amazing. She listened to what I wanted, gave me above and beyond what I asked for and she cares so much about you and your outcome. Always there to answer questions i may have no matter how crazy it sounded and she put me at ease where my concerns about my ruptured implants may have bordered a lil loopy at times. Always so professional and honestly, I will sing her praises from the rooftops but a special consideration to the rest of the staff also. They were all so very helpful and caring. From start to finish I had a great experience. Everyone that I interacted with was friendly and helpful.
