Everyone was very informative, however I did not get the procedure because I wanted to see how my friend does with the more minor procedure.

From the first call to learn more about my procedure, the surgery center and doctor, I was treated very special. Jacob Cooley was the person who answered the phone. He spent over 20 minutes, carefully answering every question I had, gave me detailed information and was very kind. He made me feel like I had been a patient for many years. When our call was finished, he followed up with all of the information I needed to make my decision. He never pressured me about anything including an not pressuring me to schedule an appointment.

Dr. Ford was kind, professional, on-time, knowledgeable, and helpful. I really appreciate the time she took to answer all of my questions and advise me on what she thought would work best for me.

Overall, a very quick and easy experience. Dr. Taurek made me feel very comfortable and she made the procedure as comfortable as possible. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. 10/10 recommend.

I was happy with the honesty of the doctor and patient coordinator. The prescriptions and recovery supplies they have me were off good quality. My post op appointments they were patient and showed a lot of care. I recovered fast from the anesthesia and my incisions were very clean. They're healing fast and with no complications or infections.

Dr.Ford spent a lot of time with me. She listened to wait I wanted and made me feel heard. She also provided a lot of education that helped guide my decision.

When you arrive, you’ll meet with the same coordinator from your initial call. Together, you’ll review your initial conversation before meeting with your doctor to discuss treatment details. This is your opportunity to ask any questions and get a clearer outlook on your treatment. After your consultation, you’ll receive a quote matching the initial price range.

Treatment

Your skin tightening therapy takes place in one of our private treatment rooms away from other patients.

If you are undergoing treatment with ReNuvion, we will administer tumescent fluid to the target area as a numbing agent; ThermiSmooth typically does not require numbing. If you need additional pain relief, we can offer MKO Melt, a mild oral sedative, to improve your level of comfort.

Depending on your treatment option, the process can range from 10 minutes to an hour. Once you’re done, you’ll receive after-care instructions to help you achieve optimal results. Some discomfort is normal after ReNuvion treatment, but that can be managed with over-the-counter pain medications.

Is the procedure painful?
