The staff was accommodating to my schedule. They provided me with so much information I felt at ease and they were kind and compassionate.

Dr. Eichenberg's no nonsense approach is very refreshing and reassuring. I had very specific concerns and expectations and he alleviated all of them. If and when I have the surgery he would certainly be my top pick hands down. My only gripe/suggestion is for the coordinator: When you hand a potential patient the Care Credit pamphlet - it would be extremely helpful to let patient know which Care Credit options you accept. For me, my monthly payment would have ended up being 3X higher than I anticipated. I was just about to call and schedule surgery before I discovered this hugely important detail.Financing aside, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Eichenberg.

From start to finish I had a great experience. Everyone that I interacted with was friendly and helpful. I waited about one year to finally have my surgery and they were patient and helpful and always there to answer my questions.Surgery was wonderful. Very little pain. Instructions were clear and easy to understand. They checked on me frequently. Frequent post op visits for check ups. Great experience and will definately be back!
