Dr Hill made me feel very comfortable and explained everything very thoroughly . I had alot of questions before and after surgery and he made sure I was taken care of and all my questions or concerns were answered immediately. He even called me on a holiday (New Years Day) when I sent an email question to the office! This was a surgery that was unexpected and somewhat urgent- so I was a little bit nervous to say the least. I had intended to "shop around "for a surgeon but after meeting Dr Hill I was 100% comfortable and looked no further. My health , safety and comfort for this procedure was his main priority. I was so grateful for that. His professionalism and compassion as well as his great knowledge/years of experience were a comfort to me as well. Need to work on coordination of patient pick up and inform spouse or whoever is picking up patient on the recovery and when a good time to arrive for pickup. have the Lobby open for them and make sure they are comfortable and cared for...this is a stressful situation for anyone waiting to pickup a patient in particular a spouse.

For someone who hated looking at themselves in the mirror, I now cannot stop looking at myself. I am so happy only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.

Dr. Hill was one of the few doctors that I have met with that listened to what I want, not what they thought I should want. This is a fix correctly neck lift that I had the wrong surgeon originally preform. I would like to come back one more time and review exactly how we can move forward.
