And then there's Jacob, I think he's like the doctors right hand, and let me tell you this guy knows his stuff and has to have the best phone voice I've ever heard and has the answers to all your questions. Also no one was ever like forcing things on me or trying to get me to buy more or doing the whole salesperson thing. Everything was completely up to me and they were just there for perfect guidance. The day of the surgery went perfectly and was done before I knew it. And during the healing process I had and incident where I was very worried and I called the after hours line and Dr Ford got right back to me that same night and put me at ease and explained that it was common and I didn't have to worry. As far as my actual implant they are even more perfect than I could imagine, they actually look more natural than I even thought was possible and I'm so happy with the results. THANKS DR FORD AND EVERYONE AT RENUANCE !

Dr. Debbie is always very detailed with exposing the process of my treatment. This was the first time I had lip filler. She was so patient with all of my questions and explained follow up steps, possible side effects and what to expect during the procedure. She gave me a squeeze ball and some other tool to ease my anxiety. I am extremely happy with my results as well.

Dr. Ford was super kind sweet and made me feel at ease, her professionalism and attention to detail is why I choose her.

She was kind and very knowledgeable. I had an issue in the past with Botox causing me headaches and pressure in my sinus area. She suggested using a lesser amount, taking Advil immediately, and drinking water. I did get a mild headache, but did as she suggested, and within 90 minutes it was gone and did not return. The results were great. I just wanted mild results, and I am very happy with them!
