Excellent service from everyone in in this office. Dr. Hill is the best and has the best stories. Maggie the receptionist and Helen were very nice and when I walked into the clinic, they always greeted me by my name. Jacob, was also very nice. Also, I called the office because I was having a problem after the procedure and Dr. Hill and a nurse waited over an hour to make sure he saw me before I went on vacation, which was going to be out of the country. I was driving from Loma Linda in traffic and they waited. I really appreciate the entire team!

Dr. Debbie explained each step and how the Botox would work. She provided different options of cost. Dr. Debbie also helped me relax during the procedure by letting me know where she was putting the Botox at.

My experience from start to finish was very positive. The office staff, nurses, surgical team and Dr. Eichenberg explained everything through answering all my questions. I am very happy with my results. I would high recommend Dr. Eichenberg and his staff! I got the results I was looking for. My tummy is flat and my thighs are slimmer. Very happy.

Everyone was very informative, however I did not get the procedure because I wanted to see how my friend does with the more minor procedure.

The telephone operator in my initial call was very nice and answered my questions and helped me set up an appointment that for my schedule. My consult was excellent the staff was very friendly & welcoming. The surgeon was extremely patient, took his time answering all my questions and concerns. Addressed issues and the corrections that he would be making. He seemed like he geniuly cares for his patients. The facility was super clean and nice.
