I was happy with the honesty of the doctor and patient coordinator. The prescriptions and recovery supplies they have me were off good quality. My post op appointments they were patient and showed a lot of care. I recovered fast from the anesthesia and my incisions were very clean. They're healing fast and with no complications or infections.

Dr. Ford and all the staff were absolutely amazing. I had a consultation scheduled somewhere else right after I visited but I chose not to go because of my experience and Renuance. I could not recommend Dr. Ford enough. She was so comforting and knowledgeable.

From the moment I walked into Renuance I felt completely comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Eichenberg explained the surgery in detail and made sure to address things before I even needed to ask. He made sure I was sure about my size and after I changed my mind to go bigger last minute he found the time to check in with me at my pre op to confirm they wouldn’t be too big. He is amazing! I would have to say the single best thing is the end result - my beautiful new breasts! They sit perfectly on my chest and look as I imagined, if not better! I have very little scarring which amazed me.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. They were also conscience of my privacy. I appreciated how comfortable they were and how they made me feel comfortable also. Everyone I talked to had knowledge of their department and could answer other questions with confirmation that the information provided was accurate. The doctor was personable, funny, and easy to talk to. He gave me options my consultations before him didn't. I really felt like the whole staff and doctor really cared about their patients and wanted to provide the best care and service possible. Loved Dr Eichenberg and his beautiful staff!

Dr Hill made me feel very comfortable and explained everything very thoroughly . I had alot of questions before and after surgery and he made sure I was taken care of and all my questions or concerns were answered immediately. He even called me on a holiday (New Years Day) when I sent an email question to the office! This was a surgery that was unexpected and somewhat urgent- so I was a little bit nervous to say the least. I had intended to "shop around "for a surgeon but after meeting Dr Hill I was 100% comfortable and looked no further. My health , safety and comfort for this procedure was his main priority. I was so grateful for that. His professionalism and compassion as well as his great knowledge/years of experience were a comfort to me as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Hill to any of my friends...actually, I already have.

Dr. Filip and his staff were amazing from my very first visit to my follow ups! I went to close to 10 consults and Renuance was my last one. Dr. Filip made me feel so comfortable and listened to my wants and concerns! This experience has been the best decision I've made. Post surgery there were NO tubes! I stayed on top of meds first 7 days so I can't even say there was pain! After a week I was off meds and walking up and down my stairs. Recovery has been amazing!! It's been 2 months, I'm working out, no stretch marks, and feel so confident! I tell everyone that asks Dr. Filip is the #1 Best choice!!!

Dr Ford made me feel very comfortable and was there to answer all my questions and saw me usually the same day that I called in with a concern. My recovery has been slow due to infection but this was not do to Dr error but more of issues with my body and its scarring process. Dr Ford is very personable and down to earth and I would recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Debbie is the best! Very thorough, patient and makes you feel comfortable during your treatment.
