They always have an open door policy no matter how small my concerns or questions were they were kind and made me feel at ease. I trust Dr. Filip and his staff competently. I met with other surgeons before I met with Dr. Filip, after my initial consultation I knew that he was the best surgeon, I was instantly comfortable. He did not sell me on other procedures, he was the only one that asked me specific questions as to what I was unhappy with. No one else did that! Simply the best care before and after the procedure! [Single best thing is...] The care and understanding of my nervousness before and after the procedure.

I have had filler injections before at a center in Los Angeles (not you) which ended in 1) one lump on my left cheekbone from a second visit that eventually dissolved but worried me for a year and 2) bruises from the injections from a first visit that I had to hide with foundation till they faded. So I came to Renuance with some trepidations. However, Dr. Debbie did NOT hurt, did NOT bruise and my face improved immediately. I could leave on my trip in two days with no bruises or side effects for which I was grateful. The procedure was a few "pokes" but relatively painless and did not bruise so I was amazed at the gentle treatment. Thus I was very satisfied. Thank you Dr. Debbie!

Dr. Ford was incredibly kind and welcoming. She and her staff were very thorough and knowledgeable and were able to address any and all questions or concerns I had. The day of the procedure, I was able to meet and speak with Dr. Ford, the anesthesiologist, and the nurses beforehand and all saw to my comfort and calmness. Following surgery, I had several post op appointments to make sure results were as expected and I even received discounts on other products/ services from the office. The facility is very clean and every office member that I’ve met has been very pleasant.

I was satisfied with the approach of the procedure explained to me and the promptness of the office staff to have me seen with Dr Eichenberg. The procedure I am looking to have done is only preformed by very specific physicians. The staff was nonjudgmental and treated me with respect the entire time and very accommodating to my needs.
