What is a PDO Thread Lift?

A PDO thread lift is a procedure that gives you similar results to a traditional facelift surgery but without the incisions, recovery time, and potential complications. I came in as a first time patient and I was scheduled with Chelsea. I decided to get cheek fillers for the first time ever and I am so happy I did. I can’t rave enough about Renuance. The entire staff has been absolutely incredible! Everyone is extremely informative and welcoming. Dr. Hill and staff were reassuring that I'd be in good hands, they addressed all my concerns and questions. Dr. Hill was compassionate and had a wonderful bedside manner. They allowed me as much time as I needed during my consultation and afterward I had more questions and he addressed them also at our pre-op appointment. I booked the same day because I was comfortable in knowing I had found a perfect match.

The personal attention Dr Ford gave me was very comforting during this unsettling event in my life. She explained everything to me about the procedure and what to expect. I only wish I had the funds to move forward with the revision soon.

I did not feel rushed into choosing sizing or shape, and both the nurse and doctor were ready and happy to answer any questions that I had.

From beginning to end, the service was superb! Jacob Cooley is extremely pleasant! I was nervous when I first called to inquire about a breast augmentation/ lift. He answered every single question. He’s knowledgeable and calmed my nerves. Then I met the queen herself, Rachel Ford. WHAT A DREAM! So informative/passionate about her work. I can tell that she truly cares for her patients. The best bedside manners. I’ve never felt like she was rushing through my appointments. She always made sure that ALL my questions were answered. [Single best thing is...] The day of my procedure, EVERY SINGLE PERSON was in the BEST mood. I went in almost crying because of how nervous I was. Their great moods completely shifted mine. The nurses, the anesthesiologist, the surgical tech, Dr. Ford, they were all in a happy mood. I want to say thank you to them because that genuinely made me feel sooo comfortable. The anesthesiologist was cracking jokes (he knew how nervous I was). He made me laugh right before being put under. He answered any questions I had. He asked me why I felt so uneasy and he accomplished tackling every single question I had to calm my nerves. Overall, I felt comfortable. I felt like I was under the care of my own family. Greatest feeling when you’re an anxious person.

From the moment I walked into Renuance I felt completely comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Eichenberg explained the surgery in detail and made sure to address things before I even needed to ask. He made sure I was sure about my size and after I changed my mind to go bigger last minute he found the time to check in with me at my pre op to confirm they wouldn’t be too big. He is amazing! I would have to say the single best thing is the end result - my beautiful new breasts! They sit perfectly on my chest and look as I imagined, if not better! I have very little scarring which amazed me.

My overall experience so far has been impeccable. Staff was friendly and attentive. Dr. Ford and her staff made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions and answered questions I didn’t know to ask.
