First time getting Botox, staff was very friendly and helpful walking me through the process and answering any questions I had.

The doctor really listened to my concerns and offered good solutions to my requests. He and the nurses are caring and kind. He removed scar tissue and changed placement of nipples, prior to this both caused me to be self conscious of my breasts and inhibited at being seen naked. Now I feel more womanly once again. Hello, from the moment I walked into the office I was greeted with so much warmth. The entire staff is very welcoming and Dr. E did an amazing job making me feel comfortable with my decision to remove breast implants!!! [Single best thing is...] My breast look exactly the way I wanted them too and everything occurred exactly as described no complications and the scaring is minimal. Dr Hill made me feel very comfortable and explained everything very thoroughly . I had alot of questions before and after surgery and he made sure I was taken care of and all my questions or concerns were answered immediately. He even called me on a holiday (New Years Day) when I sent an email question to the office! This was a surgery that was unexpected and somewhat urgent- so I was a little bit nervous to say the least. I had intended to "shop around "for a surgeon but after meeting Dr Hill I was 100% comfortable and looked no further. My health , safety and comfort for this procedure was his main priority. I was so grateful for that. His professionalism and compassion as well as his great knowledge/years of experience were a comfort to me as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Hill to any of my friends...actually, I already have.
