Receptionist was very pleasant and upbeat. Wait time was around five minutes. Coordinator was very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Wait time was approx one minute for Dr Ford. She is so personable and happy. She is highly intelligent and extremely focused. She truly cares and wants to give me exactly what I want. I did not feel rushed in any way. My next meeting with the coordinator was very pleasant. She is so organized and gave me everything I needed to make the right choice for me. They really cared every step of the way.

The Botox relaxed the wrinkles around my eyes and forehead. The ZO treatment has been sloughing off the brown spots and is making my skin look brighter. I’ll be 75 this year and Renuance isn’t amazing place. I also had my implants replaced by Dr. Ford in November.

I researched the doctor and his practice on my own for months prior to my consultation. I also researched other plastic surgeons in the area as well. I have had prior procedures both surgical and non surgical with Dr. Eichenberg and feel very confident with him and his practice. His surgical nurses on the day of my procedure were very professional AND had a sense of humor which throughly put me at ease. Patti was always available by phone to answer any questions that I had concerning the procedure and the medication.

He’s knowledgeable and calmed my nerves. Then I met the queen herself, Rachel Ford. WHAT A DREAM! So informative/passionate about her work. I can tell that she truly cares for her patients. The best bedside manners. I’ve never felt like she was rushing through my appointments. She always made sure that ALL my questions were answered. Dr. Ford restored my confidence and I am over the moon with my results! I cannot say enough great things about Renuance. The nurses, the anesthesiologist, the surgical tech, Dr. Ford, they were all in a happy mood. I want to say thank you to them because that genuinely made me feel sooo comfortable. The anesthesiologist was cracking jokes (he knew how nervous I was). He made me laugh right before being put under. He answered any questions I had. He asked me why I felt so uneasy and he accomplished tackling every single question I had to calm my nerves. Overall, I felt comfortable. I felt like I was under the care of my own family. Greatest feeling when you’re an anxious person.

Staff, nurses, surgeon the anesthesiologist were all very respectful. Everyone was helpful and answered just about every question or concern. I very pleased with my surgical results and I could not be more happier. I will recommend to friends.
