I can’t rave enough about Renuance. The entire staff has been absolutely incredible! Everyone is extremely informative and welcoming. Every time I’m there it feels like catching up with family and friends. Dr. Hill performed my surgery and I’m still just blown away with the work he did. Dr Hill made me feel very comfortable and explained everything very thoroughly . I had alot of questions before and after surgery and he made sure I was taken care of and all my questions or concerns were answered immediately. He even called me on a holiday (New Years Day) when I sent an email question to the office! This was a surgery that was unexpected and somewhat urgent- so I was a little bit nervous to say the least. I had intended to "shop around "for a surgeon but after meeting Dr Hill I was 100% comfortable and looked no further. My health , safety and comfort for this procedure was his main priority. I was so grateful for that. His professionalism and compassion as well as his great knowledge/years of experience were a comfort to me as well. Dr. Ford was incredibly kind and welcoming. She and her staff were very thorough and knowledgeable and were able to address any and all questions or concerns I had. The day of the procedure, I was able to meet and speak with Dr. Ford, the anesthesiologist, and the nurses beforehand and all saw to my comfort and calmness. Following surgery, I had several post op appointments to make sure results were as expected and I even received discounts on other products/ services from the office. The facility is very clean and every office member that I’ve met has been very pleasant.
