I am very happy with how I look after the procedures the doctor, nurse and even scheduler were kind and friendly. I like that I would walk in and everyone already knew who I was and everything about my procedure. It was very personable.

Outcome was excellent. Improved my quality of life and overall appearance. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Only thing I can suggest is patient pick up. Need to work on coordination of patient pick up and inform spouse or whoever is picking up patient on the recovery and when a good time to arrive for pickup. have the Lobby open for them and make sure they are comfortable and cared for...this is a stressful situation for anyone waiting to pickup a patient in particular a spouse.
