The doctor was friendly and helpful. Although the office is for plastic surgery, the office felt like an office for any other doctor or dentist and I liked that. the front office gal was very friendly and welcoming. She was also very nice to my children since I had to take them all to the appointment.

From the beginning Angelica kept me up to date on what to expect. Dr. Eichenberg was always ready to listen and took the time to answer any questions I had. The day of the procedure everyone involved, from the nurses to the anesthesiologist, was very professional, accommodating and kind. It is apparent that Dr. Eichenberg takes his patients satisfaction seriously. Addressing every concern with patience.

Dr Ford was patient and did a thorough exam for me. This alleviated my concerns and helped me to feel comfortable about my decision to move forward on my procedure. I asked a lot of questions about what to expect to better prepare myself but also Dr Ford gave me details before I even asked which reassured me with her experience during this consultation.

Dr. Eichenberg's no nonsense approach is very refreshing and reassuring. I had very specific concerns and expectations and he alleviated all of them. If and when I have the surgery he would certainly be my top pick hands down. My only gripe/suggestion is for the coordinator: When you hand a potential patient the Care Credit pamphlet - it would be extremely helpful to let patient know which Care Credit options you accept. For me, my monthly payment would have ended up being 3X higher than I anticipated. I was just about to call and schedule surgery before I discovered this hugely important detail.Financing aside, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Eichenberg.
