The team was highly professional and answered all my (sometimes ridiculous) questions. From the very first meeting, I was put at ease knowing I could be fully informed of the procedure, the recovery, and the outcome/results. I especially am grateful for Angelina who was very responsive with all my inquiries. The single best thing is that I feel so pleased with my results, I feel 20 years younger, I feel that my results are amongst the best I could ask for, within reason, and I feel like I have a renewed sense of self. That is hard to put into words, but its really about how you feel about yourself, not what others think of you. I feel that my procedure has given me a better match on my outside to what I feel like on the inside - which is young and energetic.
Very satisfied, the procedure was so easy , I didn't feel a thing, the atmosphere was great, Dr. Ford was incredible. she is so nice, and explains everything she is doing and makes you feel comfortable. Would highly highly recommend her to anyone.
I felt that I was in good hands. Not only was Dr. Eichenberg's extensive experience, including board certification, impressive but his kind demeanor convinced me to schedule the procedure. The office staff was also very friendly. Vinny is absolutely professional, extremely thorough, and very kind.
Dr. Ford made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. She was always available if I had any questions or concerns. She is very knowledgeable and explained all steps to ease any stress that I was having. I am very happy with the final results of my surgery.
I have had filler injections before at a center in Los Angeles (not you) which ended in 1) one lump on my left cheekbone from a second visit that eventually dissolved but worried me for a year and 2) bruises from the injections from a first visit that I had to hide with foundation till they faded. So I came to Renuance with some trepidations. However, Dr. Debbie did NOT hurt, did NOT bruise and my face improved immediately. I could leave on my trip in two days with no bruises or side effects for which I was grateful. The procedure was a few "pokes" but relatively painless and did not bruise so I was amazed at the gentle treatment. Thus I was very satisfied. Thank you Dr. Debbie!
Dr. Eichenberg is a doll and relieved any embarrassment I had about the need for the procedure. I was also embarrassed I even wanted it, but he validated everything I was feeling by just saying It's going to be great." Also his preop nurse was the best! It's the kind of office atmosphere that makes you look in the mirror and say "well, maybe I should go back and have them fix this!" "
Dr. Ford was incredibly kind and welcoming. She and her staff were very thorough and knowledgeable and were able to address any and all questions or concerns I had. The day of the procedure, I was able to meet and speak with Dr. Ford, the anesthesiologist, and the nurses beforehand and all saw to my comfort and calmness. Following surgery, I had several post op appointments to make sure results were as expected and I even received discounts on other products/ services from the office. The facility is very clean and every office member that I’ve met has been very pleasant.
My implants were 21 years old and one of them finally popped. After meeting with Dr Ford i knew I had my Dr. From consultation to last check up, she has been amazing. She listened to what I wanted, gave me above and beyond what I asked for and she cares so much about you and your outcome. Always there to answer questions i may have no matter how crazy it sounded and she put me at ease where my concerns about my ruptured implants may have bordered a lil loopy at times. Always so professional and honestly, I will sing her praises from the rooftops but a special consideration to the rest of the staff also. They were all so very helpful and caring. I really recommend Dr Ford and team of magicians to everyone. I love my new girls. They are absolutely what I invisioned for myself and then some.
The process from start to finish was very thorough, detailed, easy, and accommodating. I felt well informed and comfortable every step of the way. I was extremely happy with my results, they were exactly what I wanted!
I've been to this facility several times for Botox treatment and several mole removals. The doctor and his staff are all professional and very pleasant to deal with.
