I love, love, love Renuance Cosmetic Surgery. Their staff is the best! They are ALL Super friendly, professional, knowledgeable and caring. Dr.Hill is an amazing plastic surgeon who did my lipo 360 and breast implants. I had botox done from Miss Chelsea whom is super friendly. Miss Vinny (Senior patient care coordinator), took care of my information and helped me with my payment plan process. They are very professional and informative on all questions and doubts I had. Miss Maggie who works in front desk always greats you with a positive energy that alleviates your mind and helps you ease your anxiety or nervousness. They perform many different procedures and I trust them 100%. Also, I'm planning to get more things done, so my journey with Renuance is far from over!!! 😄
I came in as a first time patient and I was scheduled with Chelsea. I decided to get cheek fillers for the first time ever and I am so happy I did. I first met with Dr. Debbie, whose meticulous approach began with a thorough discussion of medical conditions and potential reactions, ensuring a tailored experience. I then met with Chelsea, who was my injector. I was super nervous but throughout the process, she ensured my comfort and well being easing the experience. What truly sets Chelsea apart is her personable and professional approach. Her genuine care for me as a person created a welcoming environment, enhancing the overall quality of care. I’m so happy so far with my results. Also, the front desk staff are amazing; very knowledgeable and so very helpful.
Dr. Ford and her staff are extremely kind and made me feel so welcome! They treated me with the utmost respect and consideration. I actually felt like I was a part of their family! They accommodated me in every way they needed to (especially because of my past medical issues) and answered all questions I had. They were very courteous and informative. I'm extremely happy with my tummy tuck results. I'm barely 9 weeks out and my scar is super thin and hardly noticeable! Also, the swelling disappeared after 4 weeks, if that! Dr. Ford truly cares about her patients and their results. I'm definitely going back to discuss future surgeries!
Dr. Ford is so sweet and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable. I had my procedure under local anesthesia and was a nervous wreck. She quickly calmed my nerves with her amazing bedside manner and gentle touch. You can tell she is really compassionate about what she does. The LVN, Angelica, is also such a great part of the team and made sure I felt comfortable from the very beginning to the end of my procedure. I can't say enough about these ladies, the entire staff, and my experience with Renuance.
My overall experience so far has been impeccable. Staff was friendly and attentive. Dr. Ford and her staff made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions and answered questions I didn’t know to ask.
Dr. Ford is so conscientious. She promised to do her very best and she aims to please her patients. I am very happy with my results. I highly recommend her. [Single best thing is...] At 74 years old, I have regained confidence in my appearance. This surgery has allowed me to age gracefully.
Dr. Debbie is always happy to see me and does what is best for me. I had recently had nose surgery and out f concern for my recovery we rescheduled my Botox for a few more weeks.

Dr Ford was patient and did a thorough exam for me. This alleviated my concerns and helped me to feel comfortable about my decision to move forward on my procedure.
