First visit this morning after moving from another state. Saw Doc Debbie & Chelsea, both were very friendly but very professional. Doc went over my medical history, which I appreciate, thank you, before making any recommendations. Reception staff are wonderfully welcoming & efficient. Office is very clean & pleasant. It was more informative than any other consultation I had for the procedures I was interested in with other doctors. The doctor also had suggestions that previous doctors didn't, and even suggested not getting procedures that other doctors were adamant about. I really liked the fact that Dr. Hill was a "doctor" first. He also suggested other health and safety measures that previous doctors would not perform or didn't even know about.
There is a barely (and I mean the least minimal) scar that you can barely see right on my lip line. Her precision was excellent, it's like the cyst wasn't even there!
Everything from the consultation w/Dr. Ford & her expertise and wonderful bedside manner. To the friendliness of her staff was such an amazing experience to get to know her practice. Dr. Rachel Ford and her staff treat you the same from the consultation to after the surgery. She was soo thorough! My results exceeded my expectations & my healing has been superb! I'm so glad I went with her with such an extensive surgery! My results are beyond amazing! [Single best thing is...] The whole recovery process. She takes care of you from the moment you leave the surgery room. I watched plenty of stories on youtube about other womens experiences. Their surgeons were NOT as thorough with keeping you healthy & safe!
While the procedure I received is a mommy makeover, in my case it was a Grand-mommy makeover. Doctor Ford was very realistic and completely knowledgeable of all procedures and the expected outcome. Dr. Ford answered any and all questions. She was more than happy to explain every detail of the procedures. Dr. Ford has a wonderful “bedside manner“ and made me feel at ease. Afterthe many surgeries that have led up to the need of this and the two decades leading up to this, Dr. Ford was so supportive and kind. Dr. Ford was emotionally supportive as well. When one has waited as long as I have to do this, having the perfect Surgeon is paramount. She did a wonderful job and I am very happy with the results.
Dr. Eichenberg was the only plastic surgeon I met with who said he could at least try to help me with my problem. I have very fatty anterior thighs - directly above the knee and no plastic surgeon would touch them. He is going to transfer fat to that area. I loved how he got down on the floor and really looked at my problem area.
Chelsea sat down to go over my before and after pictures from my last treatment. She wanted to make sure I have the best outcome with my dervices.
The telephone operator in my initial call was very nice and answered my questions and helped me set up an appointment that for my schedule. My consult was excellent the staff was very friendly & welcoming. The surgeon was extremely patient, took his time answering all my questions and concerns. Addressed issues and the corrections that he would be making. He seemed like he geniuly cares for his patients. The facility was super clean and nice. After leaving the facility I felt very content and will deferently be going back to get my procedure done when I'm ready.
