I came in as a first time patient and I was scheduled with Chelsea. I decided to get cheek fillers for the first time ever and I am so happy I did. I first met with Dr. Debbie, whose meticulous approach began with a thorough discussion of medical conditions and potential reactions, ensuring a tailored experience. I then met with Chelsea, who was my injector. I was super nervous but throughout the process, she ensured my comfort and well being easing the experience. What truly sets Chelsea apart is her personable and professional approach. Her genuine care for me as a person created a welcoming environment, enhancing the overall quality of care. I’m so happy so far with my results. Also, the front desk staff are amazing; very knowledgeable and so very helpful.
On Tuesday, September 2, 2025, I had filler to my temples, jawline, cheeks and lips by Dr. Debbie & Chelsea. They took their time and made certain I was comfortable. I felt absolutely no pain. I have lost some weight and was starting to look hollow in my face. They did such an amazing job and I still look natural and like myself, just better. The day of surgery, the RN Denise, was amazing. We chatted easily and she answered any questions I had. She was thorough, organized and I felt very well cared for. All the pre-op prep went smoothly...there are many steps to this. Post-op was great and I felt very comfortable.
The staff In it's entirety were genuinely concerned and very professional in all aspects of my visits, and the surgery itself.
Dr. Hill explained the procedure in detail and answered all my questions. The whole team was very professional. Everyone was great! The
Dr. Eichenberg's no nonsense approach is very refreshing and reassuring. I had very specific concerns and expectations and he alleviated all of them. If and when I have the surgery he would certainly be my top pick hands down. My only gripe/suggestion is for the coordinator: When you hand a potential patient the Care Credit pamphlet - it would be extremely helpful to let patient know which Care Credit options you accept. For me, my monthly payment would have ended up being 3X higher than I anticipated. I was just about to call and schedule surgery before I discovered this hugely important detail.Financing aside, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Eichenberg.
Dr. Debby is so personable and informative. I always feel comfortable and never pressured. And, she is great at what she does. I have refered her to several family and friends. The office staff are so sweet and helpful. I am loving my results from Morphious8 so far!! I'm excited about my follow up!
I was highly satisfied with my experience because from the very beginning, I felt very comfortable with how the office was managed. I feel that they were organized and communicated well with me. I have health anxiety and Dr. Ford made me feel as calm as possible. Her knowledge and expertise made me feel the most comfortable. Dr. Ford was very kind and patient. She answered all my questions before and after my procedure. She genuinely cares about providing the best results. She is absolutely the best in every way!
I'm very happy with the laser hair removal I received at this clinic. I purchased a 6-month treatment plan for my underarms, bikini area, and full legs. In my underarms and bikini area, the hair stopped growing completely by the second-to-last session, but I still completed the treatment. Regarding my legs, after the last session, a few stray hairs have appeared in different areas—very few and thinner. I'm currently getting a touch-up on my legs. The service from all the staff is excellent. Highly recommended.
Dr. Ford spent a lot of time explaining and educating me, also answering all my questions in depth. She was so warm and kind I felt like I knew her forever. She made me feel so comfortable.
