Dr. Ford is so sweet and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable. I had my procedure under local anesthesia and was a nervous wreck. She quickly calmed my nerves with her amazing bedside manner and gentle touch. You can tell she is really compassionate about what she does. The LVN, Angelica, is also such a great part of the team and made sure I felt comfortable from the very beginning to the end of my procedure. I can't say enough about these ladies, the entire staff, and my experience with Renuance.

From consultation to post-op everything was amazing. All of my questions were answered, everyone has been so kind, all appointments, including surgery day, were exactly on time with no waiting. Outcome was excellent. Improved my quality of life and overall appearance. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Only thing I can suggest is patient pick up. Need to work on coordination of patient pick up and inform spouse or whoever is picking up patient on the recovery and when a good time to arrive for pickup. have the Lobby open for them and make sure they are comfortable and cared for...this is a stressful situation for anyone waiting to pickup a patient in particular a spouse.
