I'm very happy with the laser hair removal I received at this clinic. I purchased a 6-month treatment plan for my underarms, bikini area, and full legs. In my underarms and bikini area, the hair stopped growing completely by the second-to-last session, but I still completed the treatment. Regarding my legs, after the last session, a few stray hairs have appeared in different areas—very few and thinner. I'm currently getting a touch-up on my legs. The service from all the staff is excellent. Highly recommended.
Dr. Debbie is an amazing doctor. I have been going to her for over five years. She always helps me achieve my desire results. She is kind and professional. I researched the doctor and his practice on my own for months prior to my consultation. I also researched other plastic surgeons in the area as well. I have had prior procedures both surgical and non surgical with Dr. Eichenberg and feel very confident with him and his practice. His surgical nurses on the day of my procedure were very professional AND had a sense of humor which throughly put me at ease. Patti was always available by phone to answer any questions that I had concerning the procedure and the medication.
Dr. Ford is the most relaxing surgeon I have met. She is confident and considerate. All my questions were answered. I felt very comfortable with all the staff. The operating room was clean and up to date.
Dr. Eichenberg and his staff are wonderful! Extremely professional and genuinely nice; I felt comfortable from the very first visit. My husband was equally impressed; especially with the fact that Dr. Eichenberg called himself the night of my procedure to check on me instead if having a staff member do this.
Dr. Ford made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. She was always available if I had any questions or concerns. She is very knowledgeable and explained all steps to ease any stress that I was having. I am very happy with the final results of my surgery.
I was glad to speak to the surgeon directly about the procedure I was interested in. Dr. Eichenberg took his time to listen to my concerns and wants in regards to the procedure. The office was beautiful and clean. The staff were very nice.
Everyone was friendly and explained every step of the procedure. I felt comfortable asking any questions and sharing my concerns. I never felt rushed during pre or post appointments and felt like they sincerely wanted me to be satisfied with my results.
The doctor asked how I was doing and made my visit very personable. She explained where and how the Botox would work placing it in those spots. She took her time and my visit did not feel rushed.
The staff was welcoming and friendly. They were also conscience of my privacy. I appreciated how comfortable they were and how they made me feel comfortable also. Everyone I talked to had knowledge of their department and could answer other questions with confirmation that the information provided was accurate. The doctor was personable, funny, and easy to talk to. He gave me options my consultations before him didn't. I really felt like the whole staff and doctor really cared about their patients and wanted to provide the best care and service possible. Loved Dr Eichenberg and his beautiful staff!
