Dr E is wonderful! Answered all my questions, did a beautiful job on my mini tummy tuck and my scar is nice and low and straight and beautiful! The whole process was straightforward and felt so seamless and I felt super confident with Dr E!

For my consultation the procedure I wanted was fully dicussed with me along with questions I had. The doctor took me around to see the facility and explained how my day would go. Everything from the procedure to follow up visits were explained and the workers were professional and made me feel at ease.

Vinny and Dr. Ford were pleasant, thorough and knowledgeable. The facility was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Entire process was smooth and put me at ease.

From the first call to learn more about my procedure, the surgery center and doctor, I was treated very special. Jacob Cooley was the person who answered the phone. He spent over 20 minutes, carefully answering every question I had, gave me detailed information and was very kind. He made me feel like I had been a patient for many years. When our call was finished, he followed up with all of the information I needed to make my decision. He never pressured me about anything including an not pressuring me to schedule an appointment.

This is the second procedure I will be having with Dr Hill and I'm very satisfied with the overall results and follow up.

When I met her she instantly made me feel so comfortable, she shared not just the good, but also the risks without having to ask. My entire experience with Dr Ford and her staff at Renuance was AMAZING. I had gone to two other consults at other places and don't even understand how those places get patients when you have a place like Renuance and a doctor like Dr Ford. All the ladies at the front are amazing and so sweet. And then there's Jacob, I think he's like the doctors right hand, and let me tell you this guy knows his stuff and has to have the best phone voice I've ever heard and has the answers to all your questions. Also no one was ever like forcing things on me or trying to get me to buy more or doing the whole salesperson thing. Everything was completely up to me and they were just there for perfect guidance. The day of the surgery went perfectly and was done before I knew it. And during the healing process I had and incident where I was very worried and I called the after hours line and Dr Ford got right back to me that same night and put me at ease and explained that it was common and I didn't have to worry. As far as my actual implant they are even more perfect than I could imagine, they actually look more natural than I even thought was possible and I'm so happy with the results. Love the way my breasts came out! My eyelid and eyebrow surgery is still in the making. Need a little revision on one eyelid. Dr Hill is very detail oriented
