Each employee that I interacted with was very kind and welcoming. What stood out to me was the call I received from Vinny prior to my appointment where she gave me lots of information on the facility and Dr. Ford. Dr. Ford and Vinny are both kind and very thorough when they deliver information to prospective and current patients. They always made themselves available if I had any questions or concerns and I never once felt pressured or rushed during my appointment or decision making process. I love that I was able to spend time with Dr. Ford herself during my initial consultation. Getting to interact with the person who could potentially be performing a surgery on you makes you feel much more comfortable and reassured versus only interacting with another employee who would not be performing the surgery. The entire experience was amazing and I have no criticisms or suggestions for improvement.

I was very impressed overall with the entire visit. I was not happy being told that my surgery was at 9:30am in the morning and making all arrangements to do so. Then a phone call the day before who stated my surgery was moved to 12:30. This now means that my children are unable to be picked up from school and will see me upon home arrival immediately.

I loved meeting Dr. Ford.. She is super knowledgeable and explained the procedure to my understanding.. I feel she only does what’s absolutely necessary, according to what you really need, not adding on unnecessary procedures . I appreciate her honesty. Thank you!

The results are what I was hoping for. I feel so much better and comfortable in my body. Dr. Ford is very kind and she seemed to care about me and my results. I’m a pretty modest person but she made me feel comfortable and not judged. After the surgery I no longer feel embarrassed by how my breasts look.

I waited about one year to finally have my surgery and they were patient and helpful and always there to answer my questions.Surgery was wonderful. Very little pain.
