Dr. Debbie Taurek is knowledgeable, talented with injectables, and very low pressure sales. She is honest about what is "realistic" since I am a 54 year old woman.
A woman with long black hair smiles while sitting and facing another person with short hair in a professional setting. She is wearing a black sleeveless top and a necklace, and there is a green leafy plant in the background. A diverse group of twenty men and women are standing outdoors and posing for a group photo. Some individuals are dressed in professional business attire including suits and dresses, while others are in black uniforms. They are positioned on either side of a tree with green leaves, and buildings are visible in the background. The weather appears to be sunny. A man and a woman are shaking hands in an office setting. The man has a bald head and is wearing a dark jacket, while the woman has short hair and is dressed in a black, short-sleeved top. Both are smiling as they interact. Your Rhinoplasty Experience at Renuance in Murrieta

Phone screening

Interested in rhinoplasty? Learn more from the comfort of your home. During a free 20-30 minute phone call, you’ll talk with our surgical coordinator about the procedure. They’ll give you a clear price range right away. This isn’t a sales call – it’s your chance to get honest information without any pressure. After this conversation, you can decide if you want to take the next step.

A woman with long hair, wearing an orange blazer and a black top, is smiling while talking on a phone in an office setting. In the foreground, there are some blurred white flowers, and in the background, an office phone and other office equipment are visible.
A woman with long, curly hair, wearing a black outfit, is seated in a black chair and smiling during a conversation with a man who has short gray hair and glasses, and is wearing a suit. The setting appears to be a professional or office environment.

1:1 consultation

On consultation day, you’ll meet the coordinator you talked to on the phone. They’ll review your earlier conversation before you see the doctor. You’ll then have a detailed 30-45 minute talk with one of our nose job experts about what you want.

After meeting the doctor, your coordinator will give you a custom price quote. This quote will be within the range you discussed during your phone call, so there won’t be any unexpected costs. If you’re ready to move forward, you’ll leave with a clear plan and a date set for your procedure.

Procedure

When you arrive for your rhinoplasty, you’ll find a parking spot near our private entrance. Our team will lead you to a separate area to prepare for your procedure.

You’ll change into a gown in your own private room. Feel free to bring family members; they can relax in a special waiting area. The rhinoplasty typically lasts 2-3 hours.

The surgery will take place in our well-equipped operating room. An anesthesiologist will be present throughout the procedure. Afterward, you’ll recover in our on-site facility under the care of our nursing staff.

Rhinoplasty FAQ

How do you make sure my new nose looks natural?

We aim for results that enhance your face, not stand out. During your visit, we’ll talk about what you want and show you how your new nose could look. Remember, the goal is to improve your look, not change who you are.

Will I have scars after my nose job?

For open rhinoplasty, there’s a tiny scar on the strip of skin between your nostrils. It’s usually so small that most people can’t see it unless they’re looking close up.

How long will I need to take off work?

Most people go back to work or school in 1-2 weeks. If your job involves heavy lifting or lots of moving around, you might need 3-4 weeks off. We’ll help you plan your time off based on what you do.

What are the risks, and how do you keep them low?

Like any surgery, there can be risks like bleeding or infection. Sometimes, people aren’t happy with how their nose looks. We lower these risks by planning carefully, using the best techniques, and giving you clear instructions before and after surgery. We’re always here to answer your questions, too.

Can you fix my breathing while making my nose look better?

Absolutely! We often improve breathing and appearance at the same time. If you have trouble breathing through your nose, let us know. We can check inside your nose and fix any blockages while we reshape it.

How soon will I see my final results?

You’ll see a big change right after the cast comes off, usually after a week. But your nose will keep settling into its new shape for months. Most swelling is gone after 3-4 months, but tiny changes can happen for up to a year. We’ll be with you every step of the way to check your progress.

What if I'm not happy with how my nose turns out?

Most of our patients love their results, but if you’re not happy, talk to us. Sometimes, small touch-ups in our office can help. If bigger changes are needed, we might suggest a second surgery, but only after your nose has fully healed, which takes about a year.

Will my health insurance cover my nose job?

If you’re getting a nose job just to change how you look, insurance usually doesn’t cover it. But if you’re having trouble breathing and we’re fixing that, insurance might pay for part of it. We can help you check with your insurance company to see what they’ll cover.

How much pain will I be in after rhinoplasty?

Most of our patients say it’s not as bad as they thought it would be. You’ll feel stuffy and sore, like having a bad cold, but not sharp pain. We’ll give you medicine to help you feel comfortable. Most people switch to over-the-counter pain relievers after a few days.
