Doctor E, made me feel so comfortable, especially right before surgery. I appreciate him taking the time to explain the process, and reassure me that I was in great hands. Angelica was also very patient, kind and made me feel comfortable asking any questions.

My entire experience with Dr Ford and her staff at Renuance was AMAZING. I had gone to two other consults at other places and don't even understand how those places get patients when you have a place like Renuance and a doctor like Dr Ford. All the ladies at the front are amazing and so sweet. And then there's Jacob, I think he's like the doctors right hand, and let me tell you this guy knows his stuff and has to have the best phone voice I've ever heard and has the answers to all your questions. Also no one was ever like forcing things on me or trying to get me to buy more or doing the whole salesperson thing. Everything was completely up to me and they were just there for perfect guidance. The day of the surgery went perfectly and was done before I knew it. And during the healing process I had and incident where I was very worried and I called the after hours line and Dr Ford got right back to me that same night and put me at ease and explained that it was common and I didn't have to worry. As far as my actual implant they are even more perfect than I could imagine, they actually look more natural than I even thought was possible and I'm so happy with the results. I found everybody at this location to be amazingly, sweet, kind, and helpful. The atmosphere is pleasant and clean, very charming.

The result of my breast lift was beautiful, even with a recovery littered with a ridiculous amount of complications due to unknown allergies. Dr. Filip answered my frantic calls regarding my complications promptly and thoroughly, even on the weekend. And although I am still healing from the auto- immune complications, my scars are so small, and are also fewer than I head expected! [Single best thing is...] My breasts were large and different sizes, with very dense breast tissue, so after breastfeeding the children they were noticeably sagging. The best lift made them the same size and placed them higher on my chest, relieving the backache from the sagging, and resulting their original, more youthful shape!
