I was happy with the honesty of the doctor and patient coordinator. The prescriptions and recovery supplies they have me were off good quality. My post op appointments they were patient and showed a lot of care. I recovered fast from the anesthesia and my incisions were very clean. They're healing fast and with no complications or infections.

My implants were 21 years old and one of them finally popped. After meeting with Dr Ford i knew I had my Dr. From consultation to last check up, she has been amazing. She listened to what I wanted, gave me above and beyond what I asked for and she cares so much about you and your outcome. Always there to answer questions i may have no matter how crazy it sounded and she put me at ease where my concerns about my ruptured implants may have bordered a lil loopy at times. The doctor really listened to my concerns and offered good solutions to my requests. He and the nurses are caring and kind. He removed scar tissue and changed placement of nipples, prior to this both caused me to be self conscious of my breasts and inhibited at being seen naked. Now I feel more womanly once again. I am very well pleased with the outcome of the procedure.
