I am happy with Dr. Eichenberg because he really listens to what I want. I told him I cared more about shape than about scar-placement and that I wanted my nipples more centered and higher than is often done in breast lifts. He followed the spirit of what I asked for exactly. Further, while he is very profession in demeanor, he has a human quality that completely lacking in the other surgeons I had consults with (who seemed to think themselves to be gods). I also was very happy with how the anesthesiologist discussed everything with me and allowed me to refuse the anti-nausea meds that I didn''t want. Price matters too. I can afford to go have multiple surgeries at Renuance. I probably would have stopped after my arm lift at a higher-priced practice, but because Dr. Eichenberg''s prices are not prohibitive, I came back for a breast lift and am planning a tummy-tuck and a thigh lift over the next 18 months.

Chelsea always does an amazing job. She listens, is knowledgeable and explains everything well. I have been coming to her for years. She has an artistic eye for what she does. I always recommend her to anyone that asks me where I did my lips/botox. I've been botched before elsewhere. I've also had a bad consultation with someone else and actually walked out declining services. Chelsea is a true gem to your med-spa<3.

The team was very professional. I was really nervous the day of surgery. But was made very comfortable.

Excellent service from everyone in in this office. Dr. Hill is the best and has the best stories. Maggie the receptionist and Helen were very nice and when I walked into the clinic, they always greeted me by my name. Jacob, was also very nice. Also, I called the office because I was having a problem after the procedure and Dr. Hill and a nurse waited over an hour to make sure he saw me before I went on vacation, which was going to be out of the country. I was driving from Loma Linda in traffic and they waited. I really appreciate the entire team!

I am very impressed with Dr Ford. She listened to what I am wanting and gave me her recommendations. I am so excited!

Outcome was excellent. Improved my quality of life and overall appearance. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Only thing I can suggest is patient pick up. Need to work on coordination of patient pick up and inform spouse or whoever is picking up patient on the recovery and when a good time to arrive for pickup. have the Lobby open for them and make sure they are comfortable and cared for...this is a stressful situation for anyone waiting to pickup a patient in particular a spouse.

The staff and doctor were very friendly and welcoming. Everyone made me feel comfortable and safe. The office was clean and organized. I had zero negative thoughts while I was there.

Dr. Ford is very knowledgeable and professional. She has continued to put my at ease from surgery to the healing process. She’s very quick to respond to any emails or questions I may have. Before surgery I had what if’s and she had a plan and a solution for every step in this process. I just love her and the staff do very much. Everyone in the office is always so kind and caring. [Single best thing is...] Well Dr. Ford of course but getting rid of my 15+ year old implants was great too. My breast need to have a lift after all these years and now I’m feeling less self conscious about myself. Honestly how kind and caring everyone has been every step of the way as well.

Had a positive experience, receptionists were all very welcoming and professional which is a plus, felt very comfortable. The RN consult before my procedure was awesome. Chelsea was patient, kind and a true professional. I appreciated her guidance and I am very happy with my results. Thanks everyone. I'll be returning.

Dr Ford is both an excellent surgeon and very personable and kind. I enjoyed our appointments and felt she listened to my concerns and addressed them well. I'm very happy with my surgery results and have recommended her to anyone who asks about my surgery.
