I can’t rave enough about Renuance. The entire staff has been absolutely incredible! Everyone is extremely informative and welcoming. Every time I’m there it feels like catching up with family and friends. Dr. Hill performed my surgery and I’m still just blown away with the work he did. Being a mom of three and breastfeeding all of them, I was left with very little breast tissue, sagging, and a lot of loose skin. With my job as a personal trainer and having a history of competing in bodybuilding competitions, it really had an impact on not only my job, but my day to day, like what I could even wear. Everyone in this facility was extremely polite, informative, caring, and comforting during my consultation. I ended up scheduling my surgery after I met with the Dr. and was pleased with his professional advice and bedside manner. This was actually the first Dr. I went to for a consultation about my procedure and ended up canceling all other future appts with other doctors.

From the moment I checked, Jacqueline my intake nurse was so kind & explained everything that was going on. The anesthesiologist was also really kind & put me at ease. When I was wheeled in for the actual surgery the rest of the staff was welcoming & let me know I was in good hands. Dr. Ford is not just kind but extremely knowledgeable and talented, she exceeded my expectations of the outcome of my surgery.

Everyone in this office is extremely friendly and make you feel welcomed. Dr. Eichenberg made me feel very comfortable during my first visit. I knew right then that he would be the one to perform my procedure. I was nervous before my pre op appointment, but after meeting with Patty I was so excited. I had such a wonderful experience with my surgery. The nurses who took care of me before and after my surgery were awesome. I knew I was in good hands that day. After my surgery, if I ever have any questions or concerns I call Patty. She is the best! If I ever want to get anything else done in the future, I will most definitely be coming back to Renuance!

Dr. Eichenberg is a first class surgeon and a lovely person. He answered my questions patiently and thoroughly and I felt that he truly understood the nature of some of my concerns and addressed them well. I had some specific concerns about the size and location of my mini tummy tuck scar and he did his best to minimize its size. He also performed lower blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) and my eyes and face look amazing. Two months post surgery, the scars are almost completely invisible and the bags and undereye sagging are gone. My skin is smooth and tight and I look half my age. I am extremely pleased with the work Dr. Eichenberg did for me and I would (and have) recommend him to family and friends. His staff is also well trained, helpful and easy to deal with. All in all, an excellent surgical experience!

Dr. Debbie is full of an abundance of knowledge and always takes the time to explain the best way to receive the most out of the procedure and answers and addresses any concerns I have. She is unbelievably patient and is a true professional in her field. :)

Everyone was very nice and made you feel Welcome. Dr. Hill was professional, did not make you feel rushed and answered all my questions.

Outcome was excellent. Improved my quality of life and overall appearance. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Only thing I can suggest is patient pick up. Need to work on coordination of patient pick up and inform spouse or whoever is picking up patient on the recovery and when a good time to arrive for pickup. have the Lobby open for them and make sure they are comfortable and cared for...this is a stressful situation for anyone waiting to pickup a patient in particular a spouse.

Procedure

Experience a seamless surgical visit from the moment you pull into our office. The procedure typically lasts between 1-2 hours, under general or local anesthesia, depending on your age and health conditions. Our anesthesia providers will be present throughout. Following your surgery, you’ll be transferred to our dedicated recovery area under the care of nursing staff.
