While the procedure I received is a mommy makeover, in my case it was a Grand-mommy makeover. Doctor Ford was very realistic and completely knowledgeable of all procedures and the expected outcome. Afterthe many surgeries that have led up to the need of this and the two decades leading up to this, Dr. Ford was so supportive and kind. Dr. Ford was emotionally supportive as well. When one has waited as long as I have to do this, having the perfect Surgeon is paramount. She did a wonderful job and I am very happy with the results.

I felt comfortable with the doctor & his nurse enough to get practically naked in front of them, when I've been so insecure about my body for so many years. I felt like they wouldn't laugh, point fingers or make fun of me. Instead they showed me concern in areas where I was concerned in not them, they showed empathy and understood my feelings. This is now my fifth time going to them this being the third surgical procedure and I WILL ALWAYS choose them.

I was glad to speak to the surgeon directly about the procedure I was interested in. Dr. Eichenberg took his time to listen to my concerns and wants in regards to the procedure. The office was beautiful and clean. The staff were very nice.

Outcome was excellent. Improved my quality of life and overall appearance. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Only thing I can suggest is patient pick up. Need to work on coordination of patient pick up and inform spouse or whoever is picking up patient on the recovery and when a good time to arrive for pickup. have the Lobby open for them and make sure they are comfortable and cared for...this is a stressful situation for anyone waiting to pickup a patient in particular a spouse.

Between Jacob and Dr. Ford, I had so much comfort with them giving me details about all aspects of the entire process from start to finish.

Receptionist was very pleasant and upbeat. Wait time was around five minutes. Coordinator was very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Wait time was approx one minute for Dr Ford. She is so personable and happy. She is highly intelligent and extremely focused. She truly cares and wants to give me exactly what I want. I did not feel rushed in any way. My next meeting with the coordinator was very pleasant. She is so organized and gave me everything I needed to make the right choice for me. They really cared every step of the way.

Procedure

Experience a seamless surgical visit from the moment you pull into our office. We provide VIP parking near our private surgical entrance; once inside, you’ll see the same familiar team members from your consultation. The procedure typically lasts between 1-2 hours, under general or local anesthesia, depending on your age and health conditions. Our anesthesia providers will be present throughout. Following your surgery, you’ll be transferred to our dedicated recovery area under the care of nursing staff.
