I'm very happy with the laser hair removal I received at this clinic. I purchased a 6-month treatment plan for my underarms, bikini area, and full legs. In my underarms and bikini area, the hair stopped growing completely by the second-to-last session, but I still completed the treatment. Regarding my legs, after the last session, a few stray hairs have appeared in different areas—very few and thinner. I'm currently getting a touch-up on my legs. The service from all the staff is excellent. Highly recommended.

From the first call to learn more about my procedure, the surgery center and doctor, I was treated very special. Jacob Cooley was the person who answered the phone. He spent over 20 minutes, carefully answering every question I had, gave me detailed information and was very kind. He made me feel like I had been a patient for many years. When our call was finished, he followed up with all of the information I needed to make my decision. He never pressured me about anything including an not pressuring me to schedule an appointment.
Dr. Ford was incredibly kind and welcoming. She and her staff were very thorough and knowledgeable and were able to address any and all questions or concerns I had. The day of the procedure, I was able to meet and speak with Dr. Ford, the anesthesiologist, and the nurses beforehand and all saw to my comfort and calmness. Following surgery, I had several post op appointments to make sure results were as expected and I even received discounts on other products/ services from the office. The facility is very clean and every office member that I’ve met has been very pleasant.
Chelsea really spent time with me. I had some Botox 2x before with unpleasant results in my forehead. We went super conservative so that I wouldn't have my brows sag. And they didn't. She did a great job explaining everything to me and making me feel comfortable "It helped the appearance of the deep lines in my forehead"
