I had a consultation with Dr. Ford and I immediately felt at ease, she answered all of my questions and was very thorough about the procedures that I am having done, very excited to work with her on my upcoming surgery.

Dr. Debie is so caring and friendly. She feels like an old friend who you won't be stop talking with her. She is friendly and caring.

Dr Hill was thorough and made me feel comfortable. Dr Hill made me feel that he genuinely cared for my health and wanted to ensure that I was well informed about the procedure, and what would yield the best results. I can't say enough amazing things about Dr. Michael Hill. My results have super exceeded my expectations. He truly listened to what my vision was during our consultation and HE delivered AND more. Dr. Hill has the best beside manner and has shown me time after time that he is a Doctor first and a Plastic Surgeon after. When he tells you he's there for you every step of the way, he means it. After being discharge and settled at home for a coupon hours, I had to be rushed to the hospital due to fainting. It was later found out that I had lost a lot of blood. Dr. Hill was there within minutes after my arrival and was there first thing in the morning to check on me. He was in constant communication with my husband and I. I was so impressed and so was the staff at the hospital. The hospital staff all thought he was the nicest and most caring Doctor. As far as the actual surgery, my scar looks great and symmetrical, my belly button is still an innie, the liposuction he did has given me an hour glass shape like I wanted, the liposuction to my back has given me shape even towards the small of my back. As I continue to heal, I'm more and more satisfied. I'm so thankful to Dr. Michael Hill for giving me my body back that has boosted my self confidence. Dr. Debbie explained the procedure in great detail. She made me feel very comfortable and was very professional not to mention how kind she is and really listens to any concerns you may have. And always answers those concerns. I highly recommend her for any procedures. You won’t be disappointed she’s has your best interest at heart.

It was more informative than any other consultation I had for the procedures I was interested in with other doctors. The doctor also had suggestions that previous doctors didn't, and even suggested not getting procedures that other doctors were adamant about. I really liked the fact that Dr. Hill was a "doctor" first. He also suggested other health and safety measures that previous doctors would not perform or didn't even know about.

I feel that a lot of places I visit have lost the excellent customer service experience, but visiting your office proves that excellent customer service really does exist! Your receptionists have always been extremely kind, respectful, and helpful. My experience with Chelsea have always been very pleasant. She’s professional, down the earth, and honest.
