Need to work on coordination of patient pick up and inform spouse or whoever is picking up patient on the recovery and when a good time to arrive for pickup. have the Lobby open for them and make sure they are comfortable and cared for...this is a stressful situation for anyone waiting to pickup a patient in particular a spouse.
