My entire experience with Dr Ford and her staff at Renuance was AMAZING. I had gone to two other consults at other places and don't even understand how those places get patients when you have a place like Renuance and a doctor like Dr Ford. And then there's Jacob, I think he's like the doctors right hand, and let me tell you this guy knows his stuff and has to have the best phone voice I've ever heard and has the answers to all your questions. Also no one was ever like forcing things on me or trying to get me to buy more or doing the whole salesperson thing. Everything was completely up to me and they were just there for perfect guidance. The day of the surgery went perfectly and was done before I knew it. And during the healing process I had and incident where I was very worried and I called the after hours line and Dr Ford got right back to me that same night and put me at ease and explained that it was common and I didn't have to worry. As far as my actual implant they are even more perfect than I could imagine, they actually look more natural than I even thought was possible and I'm so happy with the results.
