Receptionist was very pleasant and upbeat. Wait time was around five minutes. Coordinator was very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Wait time was approx one minute for Dr Ford. She is so personable and happy. She is highly intelligent and extremely focused. She truly cares and wants to give me exactly what I want. I did not feel rushed in any way. My next meeting with the coordinator was very pleasant. She is so organized and gave me everything I needed to make the right choice for me. They really cared every step of the way.

From the start to the end...the staff is great, the Doctor is amazing and funny and has all the experience you need. He answers all your questions and helps you understand every single step. You won't regret coming here.

Dr. Eichenberg and his staff are amazing. They are the nicest people I have ever met. And when I decided to have more work done, I WILL be making an appt. at his office, even if I am out of state!

Chelsea always does an amazing job. She listens, is knowledgeable and explains everything well. I have been coming to her for years. She has an artistic eye for what she does. I always recommend her to anyone that asks me where I did my lips/botox. I've been botched before elsewhere. I've also had a bad consultation with someone else and actually walked out declining services. Chelsea is a true gem to your med-spa<3.
