I was very impressed overall with the entire visit. I was not happy being told that my surgery was at 9:30am in the morning and making all arrangements to do so. Then a phone call the day before who stated my surgery was moved to 12:30. This now means that my children are unable to be picked up from school and will see me upon home arrival immediately.

She spends as much time with her patients to assure they are informed of everything about the procedure and that they are comfortable with all the details. She is a warm and caring doctor who I trust without reservation.

I was well informed on the procedure beforehand. The actual day of the procedure was comfortable as the staff was amazing and positive as I was a bit nervous.

Vinny and Dr. Hill were extremely thorough and helpful when explaining the financial and procedure details. the office staff was friendly and efficient and each appointment was very punctual with little or no waiting.

Dr. Filip and staff were professional and answered all my questions and concerns. Response time to voicemails or emails was very quick, as well. The office was also located in a easy to access location.
