Real Breast Implant Revision Before and After Photos

The best thing about my procedure is that I look and feel great in everything I wear. The reason is because Dr. Hill did a great job on my bbl. The results are great and almost look natural, nothing over done! "The best thing about my procedure is that I look and feel great in everything I wear"
On my 2nd visit I was cranky because I felt like I spent $1000 for nothing. Chelsea was very patient, kind, yet very professional as to show me pictures before compared to now. She explained AGAIN for exactly what she did my first visit, I just wasn't paying attention. I left my 2nd visit very happy and I still am. You can show her this. Thank You
Dr. Rachel Ford is a highly experienced and caring professional who goes above and beyond any efforts to achieve desired outcome of the patient. She spends as much time with her patients to assure they are informed of everything about the procedure and that they are comfortable with all the details. She is a warm and caring doctor who I trust without reservation.
I had a Mommy Makeover and I feel amazing!! Dr. Filip is absolutely wonderful. He is caring and very meticulous about his work! He wants the very best results for his patients. My Tummy tuck has maybe me feel so much better about myself! I have had two C-Section and no matter how much I exercised I could not get rid of my belly shelf.
It has been two months since my surgery and I am still happy with my results. The recovery was very minimal and I am pleased with my healed incision marks.
Dr. Eichenberg is amazing. Having plastic surgery is a huge decision, a very scary decision. I met with other surgeons and the care, thought and consideration of a patient's feeling was best displayed by Dr. Eichenberg. His kind bed side manner was what made my decision. My surgeries went great, patience is key when having plastic surgery, I am Happy with my results.
Knowledgeable Doctor that's for sure! Felt like I knew her and she knew me Dr. Debbie was very patient with me I explained my concerns and she answered all my questions [Single best thing is...] "Doesn't look overdone. Natural results"
Dr. Hill didn't judge me for being a little more pounds that I should be for my height and weight. He's kind and friendly. He answers all your questions. I'm looking forward to my breast augmentation surgery date.
I couldn’t have been more happy with the entire staff. I felt like everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had all my questions answered. They all definitely made me feel right at home.
Outcome was excellent. Improved my quality of life and overall appearance. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Only thing I can suggest is patient pick up. Need to work on coordination of patient pick up and inform spouse or whoever is picking up patient on the recovery and when a good time to arrive for pickup. have the Lobby open for them and make sure they are comfortable and cared for...this is a stressful situation for anyone waiting to pickup a patient in particular a spouse.

Your Breast Implant Revision Experience at Renuance in Temecula & Murrieta

Phone screening

Considering breast implant revision? Get informed from the comfort of your home. During a free 20-30 minute call, you’ll speak with our surgical coordinator about the procedure and receive a transparent price range upfront. This isn’t a sales call – it’s your opportunity to gather information without the obligation to schedule a consultation.

1:1 consultation

When you come in for your visit, you’ll see the same person you talked to on the phone. They’ll go over what you discussed before you meet the doctor. You’ll then have a thorough conversation (about 30-45 minutes) with one of our breast implant revision surgeons about what you want to achieve.

After you’ve finished talking with the doctor, your coordinator will give you the price quote. Don’t worry – it’ll be within the range you heard about on the phone. You’ll leave with a treatment plan, and if you’re ready, we can even set a date for your procedure right then and there.

Procedure

On your surgery day, you’ll have a designated parking spot right by our private entrance. Once you’re inside, our team will take you to a quiet area, away from other patients. Then, you’ll get changed into a gown in your private changing room.

How long your procedure takes depends on what you’ve chosen. If you’re just having your implants removed (explantation), it might be quicker. If you’re getting new implants (an exchange), it could take a bit longer. Your doctor will let you know what to expect for your specific case.

Your procedure will take place in our fully-equipped operating room, with an anesthesiologist present throughout. Afterward, you’ll recover in our private on-site facility under professional nursing care.

Body Contouring FAQ

How do I know if I need a breast implant revision?

You might need a revision if you’re experiencing discomfort, changes in breast shape, hardening of the breasts, or if you’re simply unhappy with how your implants look. Signs that it’s time for a revision include pain, asymmetry, visible rippling, or changes in implant position. If you’re concerned, it’s best to come in for an evaluation.

Will my breast implant revision hurt more than my initial surgery?

Many patients find that revision surgery is less painful than their original procedure. However, everyone’s experience is different. We use advanced pain management techniques to keep you comfortable during and after surgery. Most patients describe the discomfort as manageable with prescribed pain medication.

How long is the recovery after breast implant revision?

Recovery time can vary, but most patients return to light activities within a week and resume normal routines after 2-3 weeks. Full recovery, including returning to strenuous exercise, typically takes about 6 weeks. We’ll provide you with a detailed recovery timeline based on your specific procedure.

Can I go bigger (or smaller) with my implants during revision?

Yes, many patients use revision surgery as an opportunity to change their implant size. We can help you choose a size that better fits your current aesthetic goals and lifestyle. Keep in mind that significant size changes might require additional techniques like a breast lift to ensure the best results.

Will insurance cover my breast implant revision?

Insurance coverage depends on the reason for revision. If it’s due to a medical issue like capsular contracture or implant rupture, insurance may cover part of the cost. Revisions for cosmetic reasons are typically not covered. We can help you understand your coverage and discuss financing options during your consultation.

I've heard about 'en bloc' capsule removal. Is this necessary for all revisions?

En bloc removal, where the implant and surrounding capsule are removed as one unit, isn’t necessary for all revisions. We’ll discuss whether this technique is appropriate for your situation during your consultation.

How long do revised implants last?

While implants don’t have an expiration date, they’re not considered lifetime devices. Many patients find their revised implants last 10-15 years or more. Regular check-ups and imaging studies can help monitor your implants’ condition over time.

Can I have my implants removed without replacing them?

Absolutely. This is called explantation. If you choose this option, we’ll discuss whether additional procedures like a breast lift might be beneficial to address any sagging that occurs after implant removal. Our goal is to ensure you’re happy with your results, with or without implants.

I'm nervous about surgery again. How can I ensure better results this time?

It’s natural to feel nervous but remember that revision surgery benefits from the experience of your first procedure. We’ll take time to understand what you didn’t like about your previous results and use advanced techniques to address those issues. Clear communication about your goals, choosing an experienced surgeon, and following all pre- and post-operative instructions will help ensure better results.

How soon after my original breast augmentation can I have a revision?

While there’s no set rule, we typically recommend waiting at least 6 months to a year after your initial surgery before considering a revision. This allows time for swelling to fully resolve and for your implants to settle into their final position. However, if you’re experiencing complications, we may recommend revision sooner.
