The front office staff are great! Jacob is very knowledgeable with the type of surgery and performs professionally. Dr. M. Hill is awesome! He explains thoroughly everything you need to know and if you have questions which me and my spouse had, he will give you an honest opinion and answer. I researched the doctor and his practice on my own for months prior to my consultation. I also researched other plastic surgeons in the area as well. I have had prior procedures both surgical and non surgical with Dr. Eichenberg and feel very confident with him and his practice. His surgical nurses on the day of my procedure were very professional AND had a sense of humor which throughly put me at ease. Patti was always available by phone to answer any questions that I had concerning the procedure and the medication.

My doctor was professional and made me feel comfortable. I never felt rushed as he took time to answer all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. The entire staff was wonderful. My entire experience from beginning to end was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend Renuance. The anesthesiologist was so nice. He helped me stay calm before surgery and was there when I woke up to tell me everything went great. The nurse I had pre and post op was amazing. She was so nice and attentive.

The doctor was friendly and helpful. Although the office is for plastic surgery, the office felt like an office for any other doctor or dentist and I liked that. the front office gal was very friendly and welcoming. She was also very nice to my children since I had to take them all to the appointment.
