Dr. Hill explained my options and the expected outcome of each option. He never rushed an appointment and I felt comfortable asking questions and stating concerns. Everyone I had contact with was very professional, gave good information, and was friendy. I never felt like I was bothering them with my questions.

Dr. Ford and all the staff were absolutely amazing. I had a consultation scheduled somewhere else right after I visited but I chose not to go because of my experience and Renuance. I could not recommend Dr. Ford enough. She was so comforting and knowledgeable.

Dr Hill made me feel very comfortable and explained everything very thoroughly . I had alot of questions before and after surgery and he made sure I was taken care of and all my questions or concerns were answered immediately. He even called me on a holiday (New Years Day) when I sent an email question to the office! This was a surgery that was unexpected and somewhat urgent- so I was a little bit nervous to say the least. I had intended to "shop around "for a surgeon but after meeting Dr Hill I was 100% comfortable and looked no further. My health , safety and comfort for this procedure was his main priority. I was so grateful for that. His professionalism and compassion as well as his great knowledge/years of experience were a comfort to me as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Hill to any of my friends...actually, I already have.
