Doc went over my medical history, which I appreciate, thank you, before making any recommendations. Reception staff are wonderfully welcoming & efficient. Office is very clean & pleasant. I'm very happy with the laser hair removal I received at this clinic. I purchased a 6-month treatment plan for my underarms, bikini area, and full legs. In my underarms and bikini area, the hair stopped growing completely by the second-to-last session, but I still completed the treatment. Regarding my legs, after the last session, a few stray hairs have appeared in different areas—very few and thinner. I'm currently getting a touch-up on my legs. The service from all the staff is excellent. Highly recommended.

I am highly impressed and satisfied with Dr. Ford and her team. Dr. Ford is kind, compassionate, very detailed and has always been there when I've needed her. I'm only into week 3 post opp-approaching week 4 in 2 days. But I have been through a lot in the 3 weeks, and had to see her on emergency visits and she was there every time without hesitation. As far as my procedure went, like I said , I just got my surgical tape off, and am still healing, so I don't really know what to say about the looks. But at the stage I'm in, I'm very satisfied thus far. The nurse, Jacquline is very sweet and patient. She's always gentle and welcoming . Maggie , at the front desk…. Well what can we say about her, other than she's the best! Always smiling and ready to approach you with warmth! I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Dr. Hill. From the very beginning, he made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my decision.
